Two Dogs Tattoo had a great time working their third Skin Tech Manchester convention at the Piccadilly Hotel. It was a fantastic experience working along side the likes of Louis Malloy, Clive Bilham, Steve Potton and Patrick Huttlinger, just to mention a few.
